Terms of Service — Demar VPN

Effective date: the date these Terms are published at demarfast.space/tos.

These product Terms of Service (“VPN Terms”) govern your use of Demar VPN, including our VPN apps, website features for Demar VPN, and related VPN functions (the “Service”). The Service is operated by an individual under the brand Demar VPN (“we”, “us”, “our”).

These VPN Terms apply together with the general Demar Terms of Service at account.demar.cc/tos. By creating an account or using Demar VPN, you agree to both. For Demar VPN–specific rules (plans, P2P, VPN features, and the provisions below), these VPN Terms control if they conflict with the general Terms on that point.

Our general Privacy Policy: account.demar.cc/pp.
VPN-specific privacy details (including VPN logging): demarfast.space/pp.

If you have questions, contact us at demarcorporated@gmail.com.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Demar VPN. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate. Account rules in the general Terms also apply.

2. The Service

Demar VPN provides VPN connectivity and related features, including AdBlock and split tunneling, on supported platforms (mobile, desktop, and other clients we make available).

The Service is provided as is. Features, server locations, performance, and availability may change. We do not promise uninterrupted uptime or any specific service level.

Plans and limits. We offer a FREE plan and paid subscription plans. Limits that apply to FREE (or as shown for a given plan) are provided as described in the product or on the website. Paid plans that are not FREE do not impose the plan limits described for FREE, unless we state otherwise for a specific feature or promotion.

Server locations are available worldwide and may change over time.

3. Plans, billing, and refunds

Subscriptions

Paid access is sold as a subscription through our website at demar.cc. Pricing and billing periods are shown at checkout. General billing and refund rules in the Demar Terms also apply.

If you do not renew, the paid subscription ends automatically. We do not keep charging you after the paid period ends without renewal.

If payment lapses

If a paid subscription is not renewed or payment fails, your account is switched to the FREE plan (subject to FREE limits and these VPN Terms).

Refunds

You may request a refund within 3 days of a qualifying purchase by emailing demarcorporated@gmail.com. We may refuse refunds outside that window or where use of the Service clearly shows abuse of the refund policy.

Anonymous payment options

Where we offer them (for example cryptocurrency or gift/redemption codes), you may pay with those methods under the rules shown at checkout.

4. Acceptable use (VPN)

You may use Demar VPN only for lawful purposes and in line with these VPN Terms and the general Demar Terms.

You must not use the Service to:

  • engage in any illegal activity;
  • distribute or access child sexual abuse material;
  • commit fraud, phishing, identity theft, or similar abuse;
  • send spam or operate botnets;
  • launch or participate in DDoS or other network attacks;
  • hack, scan, or interfere with systems you are not authorized to access;
  • infringe intellectual property or other rights of others (except as allowed under Section 5 for marked P2P servers);
  • attempt to bypass plan limits, bans, or security controls;
  • reverse engineer the Service except where mandatory law allows it.

Torrent / P2P

Torrent and other P2P file sharing are allowed only on servers that are clearly marked for torrent/P2P use. Using torrent/P2P on other servers is a violation of these VPN Terms.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected abuse. Violations may result in a ban (temporary or permanent), suspension, or termination of your account, without a refund where permitted by law.

5. Copyright and abuse reports

If you are a rights holder or have an abuse complaint related to use of the Service, contact demarcorporated@gmail.com. We will review reports and take action we consider appropriate under these VPN Terms, the general Terms, and applicable law.

6. Warrant Canary and Transparency Report

Warrant Canary

As of the publication of these VPN Terms, Demar VPN has not received any secret government requests, gag orders, National Security Letters, or similar compulsory process requiring us to hand over user data or to modify the Service in a way we cannot disclose. We have not provided user data to any government or law-enforcement authority under such process.

If this canary is removed, altered, or not updated when these VPN Terms are revised, that may indicate the statement above is no longer accurate.

Transparency Report

We also maintain a Transparency Report related to Demar VPN. The current report is published or linked on demar.cc.

7. Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure against every threat, or available at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill;
  • our total liability arising out of or related to the Service or these VPN Terms is limited to the fees you paid us for your then-current paid subscription period (or zero if you only use FREE).

Nothing in these VPN Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory EU consumer or other applicable law. The general Demar Terms’ disclaimer and liability sections also apply.

8. Changes to these VPN Terms

We may update these VPN Terms from time to time. The current version is posted at demarfast.space/tos. The effective date is the publication date of that version.

If you continue to use the Service after updated VPN Terms are posted, you accept the changes. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and close your account.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account, request deletion via support as described in the general Privacy Policy at account.demar.cc/pp and the VPN Privacy Policy at demarfast.space/pp.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these VPN Terms or the general Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by nature should survive (including limitations of liability, disclaimers, and dispute provisions) will survive.
