Privacy Policy — Demar VPN

Effective date: the date this Privacy Policy is published at demarfast.space/pp.

This product Privacy Policy explains VPN-specific data practices for Demar VPN (“we”, “us”, “our”), including our VPN apps, website features for Demar VPN, and related VPN functions (the “Service”).

It applies together with the general Demar Privacy Policy at account.demar.cc/pp. The general Policy covers account data, billing, device/app data, support, rights, security, and other practices shared across Demar products. This document covers VPN logging, VPN infrastructure, and related Demar VPN–only details. For those VPN-specific topics, this Policy controls if it conflicts with the general Policy on that point.

VPN Terms of Service: demarfast.space/tos.
General Terms of Service: account.demar.cc/tos.

The Service is operated by an individual under the brand Demar VPN. For privacy requests and questions, contact demarcorporated@gmail.com.

We design this Policy to meet European Union privacy requirements, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller for Demar VPN is the individual operator of the Service. You can reach us at:

Email: demarcorporated@gmail.com
Website: demar.cc

2. VPN logging (important)

This section applies to all plans (FREE and paid). We do not use a different browsing-history retention rule for FREE versus paid.

Browsing history / URLs

We may collect browsing history (visited URLs or similar destination records related to your VPN use) only for internal analytics. That data:

  • is retained for no more than 24 hours;
  • is used only internally by us to operate and improve the Service;
  • is not sold, rented, or otherwise shared with third parties for their own purposes;
  • is deleted after that retention period.

We do not keep browsing history as a long-term activity profile of what you do online through the VPN.

Other temporary technical data

VPN infrastructure may briefly hold connection-related technical data for anti-abuse and stability. That data is not kept as a long-term activity log of your browsing and is discarded when it is no longer needed for those purposes, and in any event connection-related temporary data of this kind is not retained longer than needed for those operational purposes.

We do not currently have an independent third-party no-logs audit.

3. Why we use VPN-related data (purposes and legal bases)

In addition to the purposes in the general Privacy Policy, for Demar VPN we process data to:

Purpose Legal basis (GDPR)
Provide VPN connectivity, AdBlock, and split tunneling Contract (Art. 6(1)(b))
Process subscriptions, renewals, refunds, and plan changes (including downgrade to FREE) Contract (Art. 6(1)(b))
Short-term browsing-history analytics (≤24 hours, internal only) Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — operate and improve the Service
Secure the Service, prevent abuse, enforce our Terms Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — security and integrity of the Service

You can withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

4. Payments and plan changes

Paid subscriptions are purchased through our website. Payment handling is described in the general Privacy Policy at account.demar.cc/pp.

If your paid period ends and you do not renew, your account moves to the FREE plan as described in the VPN Terms of Service at demarfast.space/tos.

5. Who we share data with (VPN)

We do not sell or rent personal data for marketing lists.

In addition to providers listed in the general Privacy Policy, running Demar VPN may involve:

  • VPN / server hosting and network infrastructure;

These providers process data on our instructions and for the purposes above. Server locations for VPN nodes are available worldwide and may change.

Browsing history retained under Section 2 is for our internal analytics only and is not transferred to third parties for their own use.

6. How long we keep VPN-related data

  • Browsing history / URL records — no more than 24 hours, then deleted (Section 2).
  • Temporary anti-abuse / stability connection data — short-lived; discarded when no longer needed for those purposes.
  • Account, billing, analytics tools, crash, and push token retention — as described in the general Privacy Policy at account.demar.cc/pp.

Account deletion

To delete your account and related personal data, email demarcorporated@gmail.com. We aim to complete deletion within one month of a verified request, except where we must keep limited data for legal, security, or dispute reasons (for example unfinished refunds or fraud investigations), as described in the general Privacy Policy.

7. Law enforcement and legal requests

Valid legal requests can be sent to demarcorporated@gmail.com.

What we can provide depends on what we actually store. Because browsing history is retained for at most 24 hours for internal analytics and then deleted, we typically cannot produce older browsing history or similar traffic content once it has been deleted. Account and billing information we do store may still be subject to lawful process. See also the general Privacy Policy.

Warrant Canary

As of the publication of this Privacy Policy, Demar VPN has not received any secret government requests, gag orders, National Security Letters, or similar compulsory process requiring us to hand over user data or to modify the Service in a way we cannot disclose. We have not provided user data to any government or law-enforcement authority under such process.

If this canary is removed, altered, or not updated when this Policy is revised, that may indicate the statement above is no longer accurate.

Transparency Report

We also maintain a Transparency Report related to Demar VPN. The current report is published or linked on demar.cc.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is posted at demarfast.space/pp. The effective date is the publication date of that version.

Continued use of the Service after an update means you acknowledge the revised Policy. If you disagree, stop using the Service and request account deletion.
